Oh how I love my hidden doors! And apparently I’m not the only one who likes good hardware and hidden doors, a video I made a few years ago featuring Sugatsune hardware in a hidden door is over 445,000 views on YouTube! Here’s the link to that video from 2010.
So, with that in mind I paid a visit to the Sugatsune booth at the International Builders Show in January 2015 for a look at their latest offerings.
If you are an Architect or Builder interested in using Sugatsune Hardware, I would highly recommend you call their talented people who can help you figure out what hardware is best for your application. Their people are just as top notch as their hardware, be sure to tell them Matt Risinger sent you! You can email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or call their main line 800-562-5267
If you want to see more Sugatsune Hardware in action, see my previous blog posts about Hidden Doors.
Lastly, if you aren’t a current subscriber to the Journal of Light Construction I highly recommend that magazine. I’ve got a $9.99/year offer for my blog followers on this link only! I’ve been reading JLC for about 15 years now and I’ve learned SO much over the years. It’s been invaluable in my education as a professional contractor. I’m now writing for them and I’ve had several articles published too. By subscribing you’ll have access to their online archives also. They helped sponsor my IBS trip this year and I’m grateful to their partnership in my blog (and their commitment to bettering our industry through education).
